A powerful news search engine with a geographical twist, PressAtlas puts you in control of your news. Using a simple map interface you define your area of interest and enter a search term. PressAtlas then searches over three hundred and thirty thousand news feeds and presents your results on a map. The map interface displays ‘hot spots’ or areas where news articles are concentrated providing a geographic context to your search results. PressAtlas allows you to seek out information on any topic, enabling you to broaden your research scope while narrowing geographical context.

You can also save your searches, and with the touch of a button, be up to date with the global news on any given topic at the start of every day.

Looking for what is happening right now? The latest news button shows you the most current news for your area of interest. Combined with the "my location" button, you can be quickly up to date with events happening around you.
